Dear Mary, Thank you so much for the beautiful portrait of my horse Kayliegh that you painted for my Birthday. It was a complete surprise and a very happy one even if I did shed a tear when I first saw it. Everyone who sees it asks the same question - is it a photograph or a painting? The detail, particularly around the eyes and muzzle is incredible. Thank you once again. Kind regards, Catherine Radcliffe |

Hello Mary I hope all is well with you. I was bowled over by the wonderful paintings of the girls you did for me, thank you very, very much. They are something I will treasure forever. The likeness is unbelievable and they are so beautiful. Thanks again. It would be nice to see you when you are next in Northern Cyprus, do pop in. |

Mary, Just a note to say thank you very much for the drawing and painting. I have had a good look at the painting back here at the office and I have to say it is stunning. The touch of "sparkle" in the Aston colour is so good. I will now take them to be framed locally and ensure that they will take pride of place in house and office. Many thanks again. Chris. |

Googled my name to see what would happen and got lots of listings for MB but your one interested me as I have just taken up water colour classes and love it - so much so as I have not enough space in the house,I have purchased a log cabin 10 x 10 so I can go there and create. Your work is really georgeous |

What a success! Not only did my wife not explode when I returned with the wonderful painting of the English Partridges, she asked me to commission you to paint the pheasants -to an exact size to match the partridges. I have justt returned from the framers and am sitting looking at the pair of paintings. They are absolutley terrific.Thank you so much. I think the dogs are next, where's the cheque book! |

Greetings to you both. Hope you had a great year in 2006. My venture 'Red Kite Safaris' is going well. Just taken a look at your website again Mary. Your current paintings of the dogs and the head profile of the horse are truly amazing! you have an uncanny ability to capture the charecter of an animal which brings them to life. |
Dave (Kingswinford UK) |
Small world, via Darrell Crow to Ridley Gridings I find a superb 'fine' artist linked from florida who lives in a part of the UK I too would like to live, who went to art school in my home town of Wolverhampton...as the ride says, it truly is 'a small world after all'..magnificent paintings Mary |

Hi there, was updating my address book and could not find your new one. So decided to take new look at your site. Very impressive, it is great and the birds really lovely. The site makes mine look like home made (which it is of course, just a hobby) I will keep trying, did i give the site address to you? Anyhow how are you both? Keith and I are quite settled here now, and feel like we are getting there with all the work. Keith is really busy witht the gates and railings business and mainly works on his own, which is what he wants but can be difficult sometimes as the gates are getting bigger and bigger, Bucks palace next!! :O) Hope to hear from you soon Dena |

Duncan & Jane (Cardiff) |
First of all I do want to thank you so much, on behalf of both Jane and myself, for the fabulous portrait of Ceri and Ailsa. I had already seen some of Mary's previous work, which I thought was brilliant, but this far surpasses our already high expectations. It will be treasured in our household certainly not only for this generation, but the next judging by the response of my sons who are already lining it up! (I do hope it will be many more years yet before it is passed down!) The way the character of the dogs is accurately reflected in the work is so striking along with the very precise visual likeness, makes it a very unique and personal possession. What an amazing talent you have. Thank you very much for taking on this commission, and for all your hard work that must have been put in. We are now in the process of getting it framed and plan to hang it in pride of place in our lounge where it will be well protected from direct sun light. Thank you both also for travelling all the way to Cardiff not once but twice and particularly for the special trip last Monday, which I now realise, must have been inconvenient as it would have messed up your family arrangements. I am very sorry we unwittingly put you about as a result. |

Hello Mary
Your worries are over - Steph thinks the painting is wonderful. And so does Francesca. I made them both close their eyes whilst I unveiled it on Easter Sunday, and then had the pleasure of watching them both take in the beauty of what you created. Each of the four horses has been captured so accurately, they are amazing.
Thank you again for taking the commission at such short notice, and making it possible to present Steph with a memorable 40th birthday present. You have a wonderful talent.
Best wishes to you and Richard, I hope you are successful in your quest to further exhibit your amazing work.
Colin.

Dear Richard and Mary
My birthday passed fairly uneventfully but was much enhanced by the beautiful drawings of our family canines!
How you have achieved that Mary, I just don’t know. They are completely life like and have been much admired.
With best wishes
